Silence, Attention and (Self) Compassion

A question I often get is: ‘How is it possible that I keep losing focus, get distracted by daily issues and can’t manage to stay true to my own pace? As an answer to this, I organise retreats in Compassionate Personal Leadership.

A full Day of Self-Compassion

a deep dive into silence & attention

A Mindful Break

The program is designed to give yourself a full day away from your daily routine & screen, in the midst of green. The contemplative nature of the day allows for exercises with silence, individual time for reflection and time to share experiences so you can bring it back (in)to your daily life. The program facilitates different levels of experience.

We will practice self-compassion and silence with exercises that find their root in academic research as well as in Eastern wisdom traditions; Systemic, Shamanic and Buddhist. Silence heals and will support you to build resilience from the inside out.

Time Away

That’s why some time away from home to practice this is such a good idea.

Each season in our lives offer us different challenges.
In the fabric of this retreat, I have woven together a combination of meditative structure and choice. We meditate, we sit, we write, practice mindful walking and learn to surrender as we lie down.  And as we drop into the moment more and more; we get a feel for what we really want & need.

Join us on these magical days where each season offers a different outlook. From the window, in nature, as well as in ourselves and our lives.
