A question I often get is: ‘How is it possible that I keep losing focus, get distracted by daily issues and can’t manage to stay true to my own pace? As an answer to this, I organise retreats in Compassionate Personal Leadership.

Practical Details
We arrive on the Sunday evening prior to the daylong to start the (Mon)day from a deeper place of calm.
Your complete stay includes
* a two-course organic vegetarian dinner
* a moonlight session before shut-eye
* lodging in a single room
* a buffet breakfast
* a buffet lunch with soup and salad
* drinks and snacks during the entire day
* garden view conference room
* meditation pillos and blankets
* the use of the grounds if you want to go for a stretch
We start at 9:30 am and close at 4 pm

Samaya, a former monastery in the midst of green fields in Werkhoven, Utrecht. A true Getaway where the atmosphere is relaxed and the organic food delicious!
