The program is designed to give yourself a full day away from your daily routine & screen, in the midst of green. The contemplative nature of the day allows for exercises with silence, individual time for reflection and time to share experiences so you can bring it back (in)to your daily life.

The program facilitates different levels of experience.
We will practice self-compassion and silence with exercises that find their root in academic research as well as in Eastern wisdom traditions; Systemic, Shamanic and Buddhist. Silence heals and will support you to build resilience from the inside out.
