My Approach
I am a teacher of Presence. Sounds easy, I know. But finding true presence in each moment to moment experience is hard in the busyness of daily life. When we attempt to live life from this place of calm, my experience shows me that things shift. Being in the moment with a clear mind speeds up decision making processes and opens our hearts to bringing an open way of being with others.
Ultimately, its presence gives room for solid choice rooted in calm and compassion.
My work is about creating awareness around who you are, what you want and how to take steps towards living the life you want to lead. Following a program on personal leadership empowers choice and leads to change. In the safe space, I will challenge you by asking questions about all aspects of your life and encourage you to experiment and think out of the box. Together, we work towards achieving your desired goals.

Empowering Personal Leadership
My approach is personal and open as, together, we determine your goals and objectives – and your personal power to deal with them. I am trained to create positive change and help you achieve extraordinary results.
Get Calm and Clear
Committing to a program helps you cultivate a life of Joy from the inside out. When you calm your mind, it allows you to see clearly. By practicing compassion, you create inner wellbeing and prevent stress. Let me help you thrive.
I am focused on helping you build sustainable skills to support your own personal well-being and leadership. I integrate practices and exercises for the mind, heart, body and soulful practices, to help you take next steps toward a fulfilling and balanced life.
The Model
After years of doing this work — with senior leaders reshaping how they lead and changing cultures at work, I have learned there is a step beyond calm. Once the ground steadies and the heart opens, something else becomes possible: the capacity to stay steady even when the ground moves again. To see clearly in circumstances that would otherwise cloud the mind. Because you have learned where your own nourishment actually comes from.
That’s the real work. Not merely finding root. Learning what roots are for.
Root Safety, belonging, a place to stand in. Presence. This is where every program starts; because no one can do deeper work while still asking “am I safe here?” We build that ground first: contemplative practice, compassion training, a space held with real care.
Heart Once there’s ground, the work turns inward, regulating the nervous system, meeting stress and each other with kindness instead of armour. This is where we understand our emotional palette and learn to work with ourselves. This is the compassion and self-compassion work Be Rooted has always been known for, rooted in Stanford CCARE’s research on compassion and altruism.
Horizon This is where we start moving towards a life of purpose. This is what it looks like to stay resourced when circumstances genuinely destabilise, to widen what you’re able to perceive rather than narrow under pressure, and to keep offering value to others precisely because your own security no longer depends on the ground beneath you. This is the part where we move into the depth of the rite of passage. Teaching this properly is only possible because I have lived it many times. A transition similar to the caterpillar becoming the butterfly. It’s all encompassing and requires focus and choice to come to fruition.
